Privacy
MhyTom collects the bare minimum. No account required (it is optional), no ads, no tracking cookies. Here is exactly what is stored, and where.

On your phone
The current game, the players' names, their colours, the history of the night and your preferences (sound, tablet mode, tutorial and house rules) are stored only in your browser (local storage). Nothing is sent over the internet. You can erase everything with the “New night” button or by clearing the site's data in your browser.
Visit statistics
We use GoatCounter to count visits and a few actions (game started, game finished, donation clicked…). GoatCounter uses no cookies and cannot identify you: we see totals, not people.
Live games
When a host creates a live room, the game (players' names, shots, history) is sent to Google Firebase so it can be shown on the other phones. The host gets an anonymous identifier, with no email or password. Players who join can only send a “Liar!” signal, one of the four reactions on offer and a temporary presence linked to the name they chose. Signals are deleted as soon as they are read; the presence disappears when they disconnect or after a short period of inactivity. The room is deleted when the host stops the live game or opens a new one. You can also ask for it to be deleted with the form below. Spectators do not create any permanent account.
Player account (optional)
If you create an account (with Google or an email link), we store on Google Firebase your name, your email address, your Google profile picture and the summary of your finished games (mode, date, players' names, shots, winner). This data is only used to show you your stats, on all your devices. Only you can read it. You can delete everything at any time from the My account page.
“Notify me” list and contact
If you sign up to hear about the launch of the card game or if you write to us, your email address (and your message) are kept by our host Netlify. Your email is used only to tell you about the launch or to reply to you. It is never sold or shared. It is deleted after the launch, or as soon as you ask.
Donations
Donations go through PayPal. We never see your banking details.

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). Write to us with the form below.
